No, you need to login using the same email id, password and company code shared with you on the email once you register on our platform.
Not now, you have to create templates from the web Talk Terminus portal. However, all Meta approved templates are accessible in the app and you can send them while chatting.
Unfortunately not, It has to be done from the web portal. You can access team members' names from the app and filter chats assigned to them.
A switch is provided to shift chat from bot to human mode and then assign it to an agent for human interaction. As per your preference setting in the web portal, your agent’s name can either be shared or not shared with the user once assigned.
If there is no BOT enabled to auto handle incoming messages, then directly all chats will have human mode on.
