1. Introduction

Talk Terminus (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a WhatsApp integration and automation platform operated by Travel Terminus.

We provide messaging automation, notifications, chatbot services, and communication tools through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.. We are a SAAS product.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard personal data globally.

2. Personal Data We Process & Collect

We process only the information that our clients choose to send through our platform, including:

• Name
• Phone number
• Order details
• Transaction status
• Communication content
• Customer service conversations
• Company information - name, url, primary contact name, email id, phone number, logo. 
• Additionally collect your commercial details, including Tax Identification Number (such as VAT, GST, or EIN) for invoicing reasons.

We do not independently collect personal data from end users.

3. Sensitive Personal Data

We do not intentionally collect, process, or analyze sensitive personal data such as:

• Financial account details
• Health information
• Biometric data
• Government identification numbers
• Religious or political beliefs

If such data is transmitted through WhatsApp, it is not actively processed or profiled by us.

• As instructed by our clients

For security purposes, we may request certain information to verify your identity before processing your request.

Some information will be available to update directly at your (client’s) discretion through the platform itself.
